b)    Want to help out a great school?  We are still accepting volunteers to help with our School Fun Fair.  It is held after school on Thursday, June 13th. We are looking for volunteers to provide some time to assist with our fun events for students.  If you are able to donate half an hour of your time please contact our school council Chair at   We would love to have you be involved.

c)     Come to the Fun Fair.  Thursday June 13th, 4:30 to 7:30 pm.  Go to Cash On-Line to get your $5 bracelets. This will allow students to experience all the inflatables and games your Boyne School Council has worked hard to organize.

d)    WOW!  What an amazing evening with the "Girls Just Want to Have Fun" Night. This event was a huge success on many levels: the volunteers, the presenters, and most of all, the women and girls that attended!  It was an incredible experience to feel empowered by positive messaging abut how great it is to be female and be active. The ladies in the audience were amazing participants and a great time was had by all! We are truly blessed to have opportunities to lead healthy, active lifestyles, and to do activities with people that we love, is that much more awesome!  We have already been asked, "when we will do this again?" Thank you very much to the following organizations for their support:

·  ParticipACTION Community Better Challenge

·  Town of Milton - Crystal Mascarenhas, Ragini Barrenkula, Shari Pay

·  Health Centre of Milton

·  Yasmina Ramzy - Arabesque Dance Company

·  Heather Laird - Just Breathe Yoga

·  Jackie Krizsan - Flag Rugby Ontario

e)     The Jump Rope Prizes have arrived and will be distributed as soon as we can sort and organize the boxes. Please be patient with us as this is a very busy time of year for everyone. Should there be a discrepancy, please contact Mrs. T. Jump Rope was great success this year but we still have an opportunity to cut her hair. We are $997 short of our $10,000 goal. If you have a corporate sponsor that is willing to help us out, then we would love to hear from you!

f)      Junior Track and Field is just around the corner. On June 19th, our Grade 3,4,& 5 students will travel to Georgetown District High School to participate in our junior meet.
