Don't forget

Boyne PS has our 2nd term food programs set up on the cash on line site now.  For those of you that haven't had the opportunity to make your purchases, now would be a good time.  The orders are due on Dec 12 which is next week and I know you won't want to miss the deadline.

Just think,,,,,,a day or two of not having to worry about making lunches.  They are delivered to the school for you and we take care of getting it to your children.

Here is the link for the cash on line.

Please call the office if you have any questions.

Optional Attendance is an often asked question, many families outside our area want to come to us and experience the wonderful things we have going on.:

-          Boyne PS is closed to optional attendance.

Applications still are accepted from December 1 - January 31,2019, as a first step optional attendance will be denied

All JK/SK applications will be reviewed in September, families must start in their home school

In Mid-February, Receiving schools will communicate decisions to parents

All applications received after January 31, 2019 receive a Late Letter - These will be reviewed during the third week of September.

Parents are not required to reapply each year after approval.  However, all optional attendance requests granted are subject to renewal annually. This statement in the policy allows Principals and SO’s to redirect optional attendance students back to their home school for reasons such as: Boundary Reviews, Safe Schools, Programming etc.
